01 / Overview
BrewThink needed a public site to explain the product, show pricing and send visitors to the web app and the stores. The design was delivered in Figma; we built it as a custom WordPress theme so the team can edit every section themselves while the site stays fast.
02 / The challenge
Match a detailed design pixel for pixel, including a hero where a beer pours as you scroll, without the weight of a page builder. Keep the content editable by non-developers, and keep the glossary on the site identical to the one inside the app without anyone maintaining it twice.
03 / What we built
Custom theme, no page builder
Seven page templates and about forty-five template parts, written in PHP from a lean starter. Every section is an ACF field group with sensible defaults, so the site renders correctly even before the content is filled in.
A hero that pours as you scroll
A canvas animation driven by scroll position, with 65 WebP frames for desktop and 65 for mobile, preloaded and prioritised. It respects reduced-motion settings and degrades to a still image without JavaScript.
Built for speed and search
WebP images, self-hosted fonts, lazy loading, CSS loaded only on the pages that use it, and structured data for the FAQ and the glossary so search engines understand the content.
Connected to the app
The glossary page pulls its terms from the BrewThink app's API and caches them for five minutes: one source of truth, with search, letter and category filters on the site.
04 / Results
A site the BrewThink team edits without touching code, that loads fast on a phone, presents the product and its pricing clearly, and never falls out of sync with the app.
